This analysis system (200) comprises an engine control unit (210) which receives an input of analysis subject data and controls an analysis process operation of an analysis engine which carries out an analysis process upon the analysis subject data. The engine control unit (210) further comprises: an input data determination unit (211) which determines whether the content of the analysis subject data which is inputted into the analysis engine corresponds to a preset determination reference; and a load fluctuation control unit (212) which, if the content of the analysis subject data in the input data determination unit corresponds to the preset determination reference, executes a load fluctuation process which causes the load of the analysis engine to fluctuate in the analysis process of the analysis engine which is set corresponding to the determination reference.
