摘要 <p>In-cabin heat is transferred to a heat-insulating member (251 (351)) of an internal member (250 (350)) and is blocked in accordance with the adiabatic efficiency of the heat-insulating member. The heat that could not be fully blocked by the heat-insulating member (251 (351)) is absorbed by means of an endothermic effect of a heat-absorbing member (252 (352)). Then, the heat that could not be fully absorbed by the heat-absorbing member (252 (352)) is blocked in accordance with the adiabatic efficiency of a heat-insulating member (253 (353)). As a result, only the heat that could not be blocked or absorbed by the heat-insulating member (251 (351)), heat-absorbing member (252 (352)), and heat-insulating member (253 (353)) is transferred into a storage section (110). Additionally, when the inside temperature has exceeded a predetermined temperature due to the heat transferred into the storage section (110), an air-suction fan (150) is rotated, and relatively-low-temperature air from a floor console is introduced into the storage section (110). Consequently, a temperature increase in the internal space can be suppressed when an information device is stored therein.</p>
