Disclosed are an uplink scheduling method and device for simultaneously supporting situations where scheduling signaling corresponding to multiple uplink subframes are transmitted in a same downlink subframe and ACK/NACK information corresponding to multiple downlink subframes is transmitted in a same uplink subframe. The uplink scheduling method provided in the present invention comprises: when uplink scheduling needs to be performed, determining downlink control information (DCI) used for uplink scheduling, the DCI at least comprising an uplink index (UL index) domain and a downlink assignment index (DAI) domain, and sending the DCI.
