PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery label that is easily manufactured with increased transinformation.SOLUTION: A delivery label 101 has a two layered structure, in which an upper paper 1 is releasably laminated on a backing paper. In the upper paper 1, an address slip area 10, a receipt area 20, and an additional information printing area 30 are connected in this order, and the receipt area 20 and the additional information printing area 30 are connected through folding lines 23. The address slip area 10 has an address information filling part 11 on a front side 1A of the upper paper 1. The receipt area 20 has a receiver's information filling part 21 on an upper paper surface 1A. The additional information printing area 30 has an additional information printing part on the back surface of the upper paper 1. The receiver's information filling part 21 of the receipt area 20 is surrounded by outline cutting lines 22 to be sectioned from other parts. The additional information printing part has such shape and size that a rim 31E thereof is positioned between the outline cutting lines 22 of the receipt area 20 and a rim 20E of the receipt area 20 when folding in the receipt area 20 with the folding lines 23. |
