PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in the storage data of a nonvolatile storage element capable of electrically writing and deleting data, data written in such an unexpected situation where a noise propagates is rewritten or deleted.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit including nonvolatile storage means capable of electrically writing and deleting data includes means of making a gate terminal and bulk terminal of a nonvolatile storage element electrically become the same potential after data is written. Consequently, a potential difference for writing and deletion to the gate terminal and bulk terminal of the nonvolatile storage element does not occur, and if an unexpected situation occurs, storage data can be retained. |
