PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit data related to operation information in the state of a small data amount.SOLUTION: An operation information transmitter includes: an information preparation unit 39 for preparing at least one kind of storage information including a plurality of values detected at different times for the same kind of operation information on the basis of operation information detected by operation information detection means 15, and at least one kind of non-storage information other than the storage information; a storage unit 35 for storing the storage information and the non-storage information; a read unit 40 for reading information of a transmission object from the storage unit 35 when a transmission trigger set respectively in the storage information and the non-storage information is generated; and an information discrimination unit 41 for discriminating whether the information read by the read unit 40 is the storage information or the non-storage information. While compression data of the storage information prepared by a compression data preparation unit 42 is transmitted to a management device 50 when it is discriminated as the storage information by the information discrimination unit 41, data related to the non-storage information is transmitted without being compressed when it is discriminated as the non-storage information. |
