摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a rolling bearing device reduced in torque variation in a short time.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a rolling bearing device includes: a rotating step SA1 of rotating inner rings around an axis relative to outer rings of a rolling bearing assembly with a shaft press-fitted into the inner rings of two rolling bearings; a pushing step SA2 of pushing the inner rings in a direction where the inner rings approach each other in an axial direction; a torque measuring step SA3 of measuring, by means of a load cell, torque transmitted from the inner rings to the outer rings when the inner rings are rotated relative to the outer rings, and cutting off and outputting a high-frequency component by means of a low-pass filter with a cutoff frequency satisfying a relational expression of F<R/60; and a determination step SA4 of terminating the rotating step and the pushing step when a difference between a measured torque value and a target value is equal to or smaller than a predetermined threshold, and calculating an additional pushing amount based on the measured torque value and the target value to return to the pushing step when the difference is larger than the predetermined threshold, in which a cycle for calculating the additional pushing amount is set longer than a time constant of the low-pass filter.
