PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function form for solar panel frame and a foundation construction method for solar panel frame for achieving construction period shortening with a small number of persons and easy schedule adjustment by improving productivity, and for reducing a worker's accident risk, and for enhancing the level accuracy of each foundation for solar panel frame.SOLUTION: The foundation form for solar panel frame is constituted of: a plurality of concrete forms 1 in each of which two short plate form panels 11 and two long plate form panels 12 are preliminarily assembled into a rectangle in a plan view; two connection bars 2 for connecting and fixing the plurality of concrete forms 1 at the side of both short plate form panels 11 in a state that the concrete forms 1 are aligned at equal intervals in a crosswise direction; and a connection metal fitting 3 for connecting and fixing the connection bars 2 and each of the concrete forms 1. |
