PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a movable shutter box type platform fence that eliminates the need of a guide member such as a rail in a platform.SOLUTION: A shutter box part 4 that houses a right door panel 6R and a left door panel 6L is right and left movably supported by a support unit 8. The support unit 8 integrates a door panel drive motor 85 to open and close the door panel and a shutter box drive motor 86 to move a shutter box unit 4. The shutter box unit 4 integrates door panel driven pulleys 46R, and 46L and a timing belt 45 wrapping the above, and right and left door panels 46R and 46L are fixed to the timing belt 45 by belt clamps 65, respectively. A door panel drive pulley 87 of the door panel drive motor 85 opens and shuts a door drives by rotation driving the timing belt 45. A pinion gear 88 of the shutter box drive motor 86 engages a rack 44 of the shutter box unit 4 and makes the shutter box 4 slide and move. |
