The power compressed air which has been dehumidified and is supplied from the outside of the cover member 4 is guided into an eddy current generation type cooling device 60 so as to generate cold air, and the generated cold air is released into the space which is covered with the cover member 4, so that the peripheral atmosphere of the solder paste Hp supplied on the mask plate 12 is cooled while screen printing is performed by the printer body 3. |
