PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a conductive material including a metal nano wire and achieving good quality in terms of conductivity which is arranged so as to cause no deterioration in conductivity in a patterning step, and a conductive material and a touch panel which are obtained according to the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a conductive material with a conductive film including a metal nano wire and forming a pattern comprises a step for patterning a conductive film including a metal nano wire. The patterning step includes an exposure step for performing an exposure by use of an etching mask material including a photopolymerization initiator in the condition of an oxygen density of 5% or less.
