PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component feeding device the rattling of which can be adjusted easily.SOLUTION: A worm gear making a first engagement with a worm wheel provided concentrically to a sprocket is driven by a drive motor, the sprocket teeth of the sprocket makes a second engagement with sprocket holes provided in a supply tape for housing an electronic component thus moving the electronic component to a take-out position. In such a component feeding device, the worm gear and the drive motor are provided so that they can be secured to a common base.
