PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that has superior offset resistance and blocking resistance in consideration of global environmental protection, and a method of manufacturing the toner.SOLUTION: The toner includes a binder resin and a colorant. The binder resin includes a methyl group containing polyester resin in which a hydroxy group of polyester resin obtained by reacting a carboxylic acid component including monocarboxylic acid derived from rosin with an alcohol component including polyalcohol is methylated by a methylating agent for introduction of a methyl group. |
