PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet having a leather texture which has a rough and light feature of a resin material and in which a high grade leather texture is further expressed to improve overall merchantability, thereby imparting an economical efficiency, and a manufacturing method and a use thereof.SOLUTION: The sheet has a leather texture including a pattern part having a leather texture obtained by: preparing release paper 120 on which a leather texture is formed; coating a joining resin 140 uniformly on the entire surface of the release paper; disposing a resin plate that is of the same size as the release paper on the surface which the joining resin is coated; and pressing the layered product followed by heating and drying to express the leather texture on the surface where the release paper is joined on the resin plate.
