PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine injector capable of fully mixing a plurality of medicines, and to provide a medicine mixing device.SOLUTION: A medicine injector 20 includes: a cylinder 40 having a discharge port at a distal end; a piston 50 which is slidably movable and relatively rotatably inserted inside the cylinder 40 and having a storage space 57 for storing a first medicine inside; and a stirring rod 56 which is arranged in such a way as to project toward a distal end of the cylinder 40 from a distal end of the piston 50 and rotates with the piston 50 in a unified manner accompanied with the rotation of the piston 50 when the first medicine sealed into the storage space 57 is supplied to a second medicine sealed into the cylinder 40.
