PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery seal that can be used corresponding to a plurality of types even if it is one seal, a usage of the delivery seal, an identification seal, and the usage of the identification seal.SOLUTION: In a delivery seal, a paste seal part of a rectangular shape to be pasted on a delivery is formed on a paper base material. In a paste seal part, two perforations that are parallel to the narrow sides of the paste seal part and divide the seal part into a main seal part and sub-seal parts at both sides of the main seal part are both formed in the state to penetrate the paper base material. On an exposed surface of the paper base material of the main seal part, management codes are printed in a machine readable manner. The inquiry information is printed in a visually readable manner on the outside of the paste seal part and an exposed surface of the paper base material of the delivery seal. The main seal part and the sub-seal part are divided by the one side cutting perforation, and when the main seal part is peeled off from a release base material, the other side sub-seal part is connected to the main seal part and peeled off and the remaining delivery seal becomes a copy for the customer. |
