Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a method and device for link establishment. The method comprises: determining parameter information of a radio access bearer (RAB) and cell resource information of a supplementary network access point (AP); generating, on the basis of the parameter information of the RAB and of the cell resource information of the supplementary network AP, a supplementary network air interface parameter required by the supplementary network for bearing the RAB; notifying a user equipment (UE) of the supplementary network air interface parameter, thus allowing the UE to establish with a supplementary network node, on the basis of the supplementary network air interface parameter, a supplementary network link for bearing the RAB, where the radio access standard of the supplementary network is different from the radio access standard of an underlying network, thus allowing for expansion of operation network capacity.
