A pillow height and angle adjustment base has an adjustment device for adjusting the heights of a head occipital region and a neck occipital region. The adjustment base is provided with height and angle adjustment plates (1) in three regions divided along the longitudinal direction of the pillow, and the plates are disposed on one integral base (2a) or three separated bases (2b). The middle is connected by several adjustment members that can move vertically on parts (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) corresponding to the height and angle adjustment plates (1) and the bases (2a, 2b). The adjustment base solves the problem that for an existing pillow height and angle adjustment device, the height and angle of each part cannot be adjusted respectively in a supine position and a lateral position. The adjustment base enables a user to flexibly adjust the height and angle of each part of the pillow, so that the head and neck can substantially remain in a physiological curvature as if the user stands upright and looks ahead horizontally, thereby effectively preventing the cervical spondylosis.
