PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device that allows accurate temperature detection by a thermistor.SOLUTION: In a hybrid integrated circuit device, a plurality of island portions 28A to 28D are disposed on a top surface of a circuit board 12, and IGBTs Q1 to Q6 are fixed on top surfaces of the island portions 28A to 28D. A thermistor 45 for detecting heat occurring during operation of the IGBTs Q1 to Q6 is disposed between the island portion 28C and the island portion 28D. For this reason, the heat transmitted through both the island portions 28C and 28D can be accurately detected by the thermistor 45. |
