PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate where a metal foil is provided on an insulating substrate and void is reduced, and to provide a method for manufacturing the laminate.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a laminate having a metal foil on at least one surface of an insulating substrate including a thermoplastic resin-impregnated substrate in which a thermoplastic resin is impregnated in an inorganic fiber or an organic fiber includes a step of laminating the metal foils on at least one surface of the insulating substrate, and heats and presses the metal foil by nipping the metal foils from both sides using a pressing member. A temperature, at which pressing is started, is a temperature lower than a melting point of the thermoplastic resin in the insulating substrate. |
