PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC control system, etc. performing a PC display control in a phased manner according to a confidential information level of a file accessed from a PC.SOLUTION: A monitoring server 3 inquires a file access management server 7 if there is an employee who is accessing a file of a high confidential information level from a PC 9. If there is an employee who is accessing the file, the monitoring server 3 inquires a position detection server 5 about a position of the employee and also inquires if there is another employee near the employee. If there is another employee near the employee, the monitoring server 3 inquires the file access management server 7 if the other employee has a right of access to the file. If the other employee does not have the right of access, the monitoring server 3 performs access control to the PC 9 in a phased manner, according to a distance between the employee and the other employee. |
