PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that suppresses low-temperature offset in high-speed fixing.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image development contains toner particles, and at least a binder resin and a mold release agent. The toner for electrostatic charge image contains 80 number% or more of toner particles having pores with a diameter of 0.01 μm or more and 0.5 μm or less on the surface in the entire toner particles.
