A system for operating queue tickets comprises: a user NFC terminal for storing and displaying queue ticket information; a queue ticket server for generating queue ticket information by a request of the user NFC terminal and transmitting a queue state with a predetermined interval when a numbering order is updated to the user NFC terminal; and a smart branch which is installed at a predetermined location and provides updated queue ticket information by being linked to the queue ticket server, wherein the user NFC terminal transmits the stored queue ticket information to the smart branch, and the smart branch receives the updated queue ticket information from the queue ticket server and transmits the updated queue ticket information to the user NFC terminal. Since the system provides a queue ticket number and queue state information to a mobile terminal of a user by using a wireless communication network to display the queue ticket number and the queue state information on the mobile terminal of the user, usage of the mobile terminal increases and the use is convenient such that other simple, necessary work can be processed if a queue time is lengthened, advertising is efficient since advertisement information is transmitted together with queue ticket information to the mobile terminal, and since paper is not used, the environment is protected. |
