A polycarbonate resin plate having a thickness D of 5 mm or more obtained by extruding a polycarbonate resin composition that comprises a polycarbonate resin containing structural units derived from the dihydroxy compound represented by general formula (1) and a bluing agent, wherein the birefringence ∆N, calculated from the difference between the in-plane principal refractive indices measured at any points located at the width-direction center of the plate along the machine direction, is 0.00040 or less.
