The purpose of the present invention is to control an enzyme activity function of a novel magnetic particle by using a hybrid material comprising the magnetic particle and an enzyme bonded thereto and utilizing an exothermic phenomenon that is caused by on/off switching of an external magnetic field. An enzyme complex which comprises a magnetic particle and an enzyme derived from a thermophilic bacterium and has a temperature responsive function.
