[Problem] To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and an information processing system, with which it is possible to use with high flexibility a cloud computing architecture. [Solution] An information processing device comprises: a storage unit which stores operating expense information of each of a plurality of configuration elements, and which stores resource request information which includes all or part of the plurality of configuration elements which are respectively received from a plurality of different request sources; and a processing unit. The processing unit executes processes which: generate resource information including one or a plurality of configuration elements in which the proportion which is included in each resource which is requested by the request information of the resource which is stored in the storage unit exceeds a prescribed reference; query the storage unit; compute the operating expense information for the generated resource information on the basis of the operating expense corresponding to the one or plurality of configuration elements; and provide the generated resource information and the computed operating expense information to at least one of the plurality of different request sources.
