PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for solubilizing a plant tissue with cellulase, by which the plant tissue can efficiently be solubilized by enhancing the degradation force of cellulase without increasing the cost of a pretreatment.SOLUTION: A plant tissue is sequentially or simultaneously treated with cellulase and two or more kinds of esterase in random order. For example, the plant tissue is sequentially or simultaneously treated with the cellulase, ferulic acid esterase and tannase in random order. |
