Disclosed is an organic gas transmission rate testing apparatus, comprising a quantitative sampling apparatus, an infiltration pond, and a detecting apparatus (31), wherein the quantitative sampling apparatus comprises a first valve (24), a fourth valve (22), a valve communicating with multiple workstations (32), a dosing apparatus (19) and pipes connecting each part therebetween, and a connecting pipe between the quantitative sampling apparatus and the detecting apparatus (31). The infiltration pond is divided by a sample into an infiltration pond upper chamber (11) and an infiltration pond lower chamber. The infiltration pond lower chamber comprises a structural block (16), a valve, and a through hole. The infiltration pond lower chamber connects the infiltration pond and the detecting apparatus (31) via the quantitative sampling apparatus. The structural block (16) is provided with a permeating gas hole (51), a sampling hole (52), a vacuum pump gas hole (53) and a carrier gas input hole (54). The infiltration pond is connected with the detecting apparatus (31) via the quantitative sampling apparatus. The structure is simple and convenient to operate and the problems of inaccurate sampling dosages, sampling difficulties, and poor accuracy in the inputted sample, etc. caused by the problem of a sample gas pressure are solved when testing the permeability of a gas through a membrane. |
