The present invention relates to a method for preparing the modified complex of benzalkonium chloride and diallyl disulphide oxide, and to the use thereof as a biocide. The method comprises a series of steps, first for preparing allicin from Allium spp. The thus extracted allicin is mixed with carbamide, producing a solution to which benzalkonium chloride is finally added, to synthetise the modified complex of benzalknoium chloride and diallyl disulphide oxide. |
