Provided is a reactive ionic liquid that is included in an ion-containing layer formed in contact with a high resistance layer as a dielectric layer of a transducer, and that is provided as an ion component that suppresses mobility to a high resistance layer when a voltage is applied. The reactive ionic liquid comprises an ion pair including the following anion component and cation component. (a) The anion component has an alkoxysilyl group (a1) as a reactive group, and a carboxylate group (-COO- group) or sulfonate group (-SO3 - group) (a2) as an anion group. (b) The cation component comprises any of an imidazolium cation, ammonium cation, pyridinium cation, morpholinium cation, or phosphonium cation (b1), and does not contain an N-H group or a P-H group (b2).
