PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that can easily set ROI for anatomical and functional classification of the body organs by absorbing the individual difference without performing the deformation processing on a diagnosis target image.SOLUTION: At least one template ROI corresponding to an input diagnosis target image on the brain and first feature information of the diagnosis target image is selected from a plurality of template ROIs on the brain respectively stored by being made to correspond to each of different first feature information and respectively set on an image in order to indicate the analysis range of a diagnosis image. The selected at least one template ROI is deformed on the basis of second feature information being information on at least one of the body surface, the brain surface, the brain ventricle, the boundary between the gray matter and the white matter, and the supplied vascular territory that are obtained from the diagnosis image, thereby executing first matching processing for matching the template ROI to the diagnosis target image. |
