PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor having excellent apparent dielectric constant and electric resistance even if a crystal grain is not more than 1 μm.SOLUTION: In a laminated ceramic capacitor in which a dielectric layer and an internal electrode layer are alternately laminated, the dielectric layer includes a semiconductor particle, a first phase covering at least a part of a surface of the semiconductor particle, a second phase covering at least a part of a surface of the first phase, and a third phase formed between the dielectric layer and the internal electrode layer along the internal electrode layer. The first phase is composed primarily of MgO. The second phase and the third phase are primarily composed of SiO. |
