PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building accessory which can be efficiently constructed.SOLUTION: A building accessory 1 comprises: a floor body 4; a column body 5 to support the floor body 4; and a wall body 6 erected on the floor body 4. The column body 5 has a column member 21 and a cylindrical column siding member 22 which covers the column member 21. The wall body 6 has upper and lower horizontally long substrate materials 31 and 32 as well as a vertically long substrate material 33 with a width dimension thereof larger than those of the horizontally long substrate materials 31 and 32. The vertically long substrate member 33 is fixed to an outer wall siding member 36 positioned outside of the column body 5. |
