PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system which can restrict many game stages that cannot be completed from piling up, while also restricting opportunities for other users to play a game stage created by a user from being limited.SOLUTION: A game system 1 includes: a stage creation unit 54 for creating a game stage according to a user operation; an uncompleted stage management unit 62 for managing the game stage as an uncompleted stage; a play execution unit 56 for executing test play of the uncompleted stage; and a completed stage management unit 63 for managing the uncompleted stage which has been completed by the test play as a completed stage.
