PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechano-electric motor which improves the assembly workability.SOLUTION: A power converter case 2 includes: a heat radiation wall 18 where a power converter module is attached to a surface at the motor case 10 side; and an outer cylinder wall 15 extending toward the motor case 10 side relative to the heat radiation wall 18 and disposed at an outer periphery of the power converter module. The heat radiation wall 18 is separately formed from the outer cylinder wall 15.
