REFLECTING MATERIAL AND LIGHTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting agent which has a high reflection factor and a lighting device.SOLUTION: A reflecting agent and a lighting device include a binder. The reflecting agent and lighting device include two kinds of fillers added to the binder and differing in average particle size. The reflecting agent is used for a reflection layer of a light emission module. The reflecting agent and lighting device satisfy numeric expression 0.1≤(D2/D1)≤0.4, where D1, D2 are average particle sizes of the two kinds of fillers in the decreasing order of the average particle sizes.
