PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of limiting (controlling) the spread of word-of-mouth information by a user related to merchandise of a shop or the like so as to be in a suitable range or the like according to intentions of a shop side.SOLUTION: A word-of-mouth information system (site 1) has a word-of-mouth information limiting function 1B for performing processing of limiting the spread of word-of-mouth information according to setting by a person of a shop 2. In a shop information registration unit 11, conditions including specification of attributes of customers to be targets of spreading the word-of-mouth information related to the shop 2 can be set on a screen by the person of the shop 2. A customer attribute limiting unit 41 defines a user 3 pertinent to the specified attribute as a limitation non-target as a first customer to be the target of spreading the word-of-mouth information of the shop 2 and defines the non-pertinent user 3 as a limitation target as a second customer not to be the target of spreading the word-of-mouth information of the shop 2, according to the conditions of each shop 2.
