PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a solar cell capable of improving energy storage function, and a solar cell using the same.SOLUTION: A substrate for a solar cell having a first semiconductor layer I containing tungsten oxide powder 4 and a second semiconductor layer II containing titanium oxide powder 11, is provided. The tungsten oxide powder 4 has a first peak in a range of 268 to 274 cm, a second peak in a range of 630 to 720 cm, and a third peak in a range of 800 to 810 cmin Raman spectroscopic analysis. A thickness of the first semiconductor layer I is equal to or more than 1 μm. A rate of porosity of the first semiconductor layer I is equal to or more than 20 vol% and equal to or less than 80 vol%. |
