PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high-quality preparation of dried microbial fungi by which survival rate from a microbial fungal suspension is improved.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a preparation of dried microbial fungi, including, when producing the preparation of the dried microbial fungi by using a microbial fungal suspension, a step of obtaining a main culture solution by proliferating the microbial fungi in a sterilized liquid medium containing nutrient, a step of obtaining an additional culture liquid by subjecting the microbial fungi obtained in the main culture solution to additional culture in the coexistence of a stabilizing base agent, and a step of collecting the preparation of the dried microbial fungi containing the stabilizing base agent by forming the additional culture liquid into a microbial fungi suspension, and drying the suspension by pulse combustion-type drying or spray drying. |
