PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a grease composition that can suppress electrolytic corrosion stably and for a long time, and is filled into a rolling bearing for an inverter motor with excellent low-torque characteristics; the rolling bearing for the inverter motor, into which the grease composition is filled; and the inverter motor using the rolling bearing.SOLUTION: A grease composition, filled into a rolling bearing for an inverter motor, has a worked penetration of 220-295 and contains a base oil comprising an alkyl diphenyl ether oil having a kinematic viscosity of 40-80 mm/s at 40°C, and a thickener comprising a diurea compound obtained by reacting a mixed amine comprising a cyclic monoamine and an aromatic monoamine with a diisocyanate compound.
