PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal light capable of preventing uneven vertical light stripes from being generated on a horizontal surface, and efficiently illuminating the horizontal surface with uniform brightness.SOLUTION: A horizontal light 10 includes a body 11 having an opening 13 formed on a front face 11a. The body 11 stores a plurality of LEDs 26 arranged in a line along a lateral direction in parallel with the front face 11a of the body 11, and a specular mirror 17 for causing light generated by the plurality of LEDs 26 to be emitted from the opening 13 of the body 11.
