PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual system in which after clarifying generation of communication between virtual machines while taking into consideration an instruction by a user of a virtual machine or an organization to which the user belongs, migration is performed in view of the number of network hops or the number of opened logical communication paths in a physical switch device.SOLUTION: A virtual system 1000 includes a plurality of physical machines in which a virtual machine operates, and a management server 10 for managing migration of the virtual machine; and the management server 10 includes migration management means 14 for managing migration of the virtual machine. The migration management means 14 sets, as a reference physical server, a physical server in which the virtual machine exists; and sets, as a candidate for a migration destination of the virtual machine, a physical server in which the number of network hops from the reference physical server is equal to or smaller than the maximum number of network hops preset for an organization to which an operation connected to the virtual machine belongs. |
