PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of easily recognizing an effect by heating and cooking by superheated steam.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a steam generation device for generating steam; a steam heating heater for increasing a temperature of the steam from the steam generation device to obtain superheated steam; a cooking chamber for heating an object to be heated by the superheated steam from the steam heating heater; a liquid crystal display 36 for indicating information concerning the progress of cooking the object to be heated; and a control device 5 for controlling indication on the liquid crystal display 36. The liquid crystal display 36 indicates a calorie of the object to be heated after having been heated and cooked by the superheated steam. |
