PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for isolating a large quantity of live laticifer cells from Hevea brasiliensis by one time operation.SOLUTION: This method for isolating laticifer cells comprises (a) a step of obtaining an enzyme digested solution by preparing an enzyme treated solution in which a sample of Hevea brasiliensis is brought to contact with an enzyme solution to treat the sample with the enzyme, (b) a step of obtaining a supernatant by centrifuging the enzyme digested solution obtained in the step (a) and (c) a step of obtaining a laticifer cell suspension from the supernatant by filtering the supernatant obtained in the step (b). |
