The present invention relates to a system and a method for synchronizing distribution information using a profile, the system and the method being capable of correcting discrepancies between actual information and nominal information using a synchronization failure program on a global end-to-end supply network across production, supply, circulation, distribution, sale, consumption and recovery in a global supply network system associated with multiple companies or agencies. The system for synchronizing distribution information using a profile according to the present invention comprises: a distribution information connection unit for integrating the nominal information and actual information as distribution information and managing the distribution information; a profile storage site for storing information relating to the type of discrepancy of the distribution information; a decision making support unit for notifying a discrepancy of the distribution information to a distribution supply network manager or to each distribution base manager and taking, as an input, a method for resolving the discrepancy of the distribution information from the distribution supply network manager or to each distribution base manager in the event that the discrepancy of the distribution information is received; and a synchronization unit for determining whether the actual information and the nominal information from the distribution information received from the distribution information connection unit accord with each other, delivering, if the actual information and the nominal information do not accord with each other, the discrepancy of the distribution information to the decision making support unit, and performing synchronization according to the discrepancy resolution method delivered from the decision making support unit or performing self-synchronization depending on whether the contents of the discrepancy of the distribution information correspond to the discrepancy type stored in the profile storage site and whether the self-synchronization is possible.
