PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flood disaster measure building that normally has outward appearance matching the look of streets and secures smooth passage of people, and also can protect the life and properties of people in a case of a flood disaster.SOLUTION: A flood disaster measure building 1 is a building which takes measures against an assumed stream of water. The flood disaster measure building 1 includes a base 10, a core part 20 provided on the base 10, a lower layer part 30 provided on the base 10 and at a periphery of the core part 20, and serves as a passage for a stream of water, and an upper layer part 40 provided on the lower layer part 30 and at a periphery of the core part 20. A bearing wall 21 of the core part 20 has a water blocking function, the lower layer part 30 is provided with a plurality of columns 31 at predetermined intervals along an outer peripheral surface, and the upper layer part 40 can be supported only with the core part 20. |
