PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which facilitates framing of a fast moving object irrespective of a zoom factor without troublesome operations.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus can switch between a first display mode (S206) in which a recording area is displayed on display means and a second display mode (S205) in which an area larger than the recording area is displayed on the display means in a zoom state where a part of an imaging area is recorded, and has display control means (S204) that switches between the first display mode and the second display mode depending on whether the zoom state is equal to or greater than a predetermined zoom factor. |
