Provided is a turbocharger that can reduce whirling vibration. The turbocharger is equipped with: a shaft that couples a turbine and a compressor; a bearing housing having a bearing section that rotatably supports the shaft; and a slide bearing interposed between the shaft and the bearing section. The bearing section is formed from an aluminum-based material, the shaft is formed from a ferrous material, and the slide bearing is formed from a copper-based material. |
