In conformance with a control program, a command value for moving a virtual machine that corresponds to a machine in a virtual space is computed (step S316, step S317). A movement of the virtual machine conforming to the computed command value is computed (step S318). By means of the computed movement of the virtual machine, it is assessed whether or not the state of the virtual machine has become a state that satisfies a virtual detection condition that corresponds to a detection condition of a sensor of the machine (step S319, step S112, step S113, step S121). In accordance with the virtual detection condition, which has been assessed as satisfied, the command value is calculated (step S122, step S321, step S322, step S316, step S317).
