<p>A porous membrane for secondary batteries, which contains non-conductive particles and a binder for porous membranes. The non-conductive particles are polymer particles having a core-shell structure, and the core portion of each non-conductive particle has a glass transition point within 30-90°C, while the shell portion of each non-conductive particle has a glass transition point which is higher than that of the core portion by 10°C or more. The thickness of the shell portion is 0.01-3.0% of the number average particle diameter of the non-conductive particles, and the number average particle diameter (A) of the non-conductive particles and the number average particle diameter (B) of the binder for porous membranes satisfy (A) > (B).</p> |
